Talking about mental health can help everyone cope better with life's ups and downs. This year's theme is workplace mental health aiming to address this for the benefit of people, organisations and communities.

The Mental Health Foundation are encouraging people to organise or get involved with a 'Tea & Talk' event as research shows that talking is good for your mental health.

Talking to improve your mental health

Every week there are opportunities to have a chat with other beneficiaries online at the Coffee Break sessions run by beneficiary volunteers.

Trust support services to improve mental health

Our Mental Health Specialist Network initiative involves counselling sessions to provide mental health support. The first 6 sessions are free. You can also download and print our factsheet about this service.

The Talk Together contact service will put you in touch with another beneficiary who has time to listen, the perspective to understand and provide support.

The Lift Up service is a self-help service if you're experiencing low mood, which also includes support from a trained beneficiary.
