"I am a Chartered Physiotherapist who specialises in working with Older Adults and Adults affected by Neurological conditions (Neuro-physiotherapist). I have been practising for over 10 years and absolutely love my 'job'.

The people I work with really make my day great. I will give you an example. I have been working with a client who was bed-bound in a care home. With my help, her determination and hard work she has returned to independent living in her own flat! No need for carers or home helps! Knowing that I can impact people's lives in such a profound way is deeply humbling and, of course, incredibly rewarding.

I will say this, my 'job' is easy - I just point you in the right direction with the right support, guidance, exercises and motivation ... the hard work is all done by you!
