Sign Live – Improving communication for Thalidomide Trust beneficiaries

We have partnered with a BSL Online Interpreting Service called SignLive.

If you are a BSL user, you can now use SignLive to connect to an online professional BSL interpreter from your own device, to talk to us here at the Trust. Just tell them you are calling “The Thalidomide Trust”.

You only need to register with SignLive once and you will be able to connect with us quickly via SignLive’s Community Directory, clearly highlighted with our logo. This is a FREE service which is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

How to Access SignLive

The first time you use SignLive you will need to register as a one-off. This will give you good video quality and also means that your calls are secure. There are two ways you can access SignLive:

• Login via the SignLive website (no downloading software or plug-ins)
• Download the SignLive app from the App store or Google Play (on your mobile device or tablet)
