Thanks for your message.
If you have any funds held in your ‘Annual Grant’ account at the Trust upon your death, then these funds will form part of your estate. This would include any future dated monthly payments that you might have in place that haven’t yet been released. In this instance, any future dated Annual Grant monthly payments would be cancelled, and the accumulated balance of these would then form part of your total remaining Annual Grant balance.
Unfortunately any funds remaining in your Health Grant account at the Trust upon your death would not form part of your estate. This is because the Health Grant is a ‘restricted fund’ specifically allocated to meet the health and well being needs of the beneficiary.
