2021 is the year we are encouraging beneficiaries (and staff!) to Move More! In fact, 10,000 minutes each more this year, which equates to under 30 minutes more movement a day.

I’m in!! At the moment I move between 30- 90 mins a day as I have signed up to the walk1000miles over the year. I also want to mention i am running a Weight Loss Support Group on a Wednesday evening 6.30pm as this was not put in the letter sent out to beneficiaries.
