Talk together is a confidential, free telephone service for beneficiaries to help combat loneliness and isolation
Lift Up
Lift Up is a self-help service for people experiencing low mood, including support from a trained beneficiary
Counselling
If you would like counselling to improve your mental health, the Trust can help direct you to respected counsellors
Activity Buddies
Our trained Activity Buddy volunteers will help you become more active in your daily life to improve your health and wellbeing
Applying For Benefits
The Heath & Wellbeing team can help with applications for benefits to ensure you provide all the relevant facts and supporting information
Volunteer Support
Get help from a beneficiary volunteer who has had similar life experiences and can provide a real understanding of your situation
