Lift Up is a self-help service for people experiencing low mood, including support from a trained beneficiary

If you would like counselling to improve your mental health, the Trust can help direct you to respected counsellors
Activity Champions
Our trained Activity Champion volunteers will help you become more active in your daily life to improve your health and wellbeing

The Heath & Wellbeing team can help with applications for benefits to ensure you provide all the relevant facts and supporting information
